About Us
We're not a resort. The Geneva Commons is a collection of historic houses in Geneva's walkable downtown — the kind of places where the floors creak a little, the porches were built to sit on, and the charm is the real deal. They've been standing since the 1860s, and they've got the stories to prove it.
Our homes sleep groups big and small, and they're right where you want to be — close to Seneca Lake, the wine trail, downtown restaurants, and all the Finger Lakes has to offer.
Built between 1866 and 1900. These houses have been around longer than most.
Downtown Geneva, the lake, and local restaurants are all within walking distance.
4 to 6 bedrooms per home. Room for the whole crew.
Clean, comfortable, and functional. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Our Homes
Each home has its own personality, but they share the same honest charm — and the same great location in Geneva, NY.
Est. 1900
Geneva, NY 14456
A five-bedroom home with the kind of rooms that were built when people still had parlors. About 2,100 square feet of lived-in comfort right in Geneva's historic district.
Est. 1885
Geneva, NY 14456
Six bedrooms and 140 years of character. This 1885 home has the bones of a different era — high ceilings, solid construction, and the charm that comes with age. Comfortable, not fancy.
Est. 1890
Geneva, NY 14456
The biggest of the bunch at over 3,300 square feet. Six bedrooms, two and a half baths, and the most room to spread out. Built in 1890 and still going strong.
Est. 1866
Geneva, NY 14456
The oldest and coziest in the collection. Four bedrooms, about 1,560 square feet, built in 1866. A compact home with more history per square foot than anywhere else.
The Area
Our homes put you right in the middle of what makes the Finger Lakes worth the trip.
Over 30 wineries along the lake. Riesling country. Tasting rooms are casual and welcoming — no pretense, just good wine.
Walkable downtown with local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and the kind of small-town charm that hasn't been gentrified out.
Gorge trails, state parks, and waterfall hikes all within a short drive. The kind of nature that makes you put your phone away.
"The house was exactly what we needed — nothing fancy, just a comfortable home base for exploring the lake and the wineries. We'll be back."— A Future Guest Review (Replace with your real reviews)
